Hi, I am Sania- a woman, a mom and your Registered Massage Therapist.

As a woman and a mother, I truly understand the many roles we carry and how easily our wellness can take a backseat. I have lived through transitions-from the physical demands of motherhood to emotional and hormonal shifts that come with every stage of womanhood.

With a background in massage therapy, physiotherapy, fitness and Health Promotion, my practise is built on clinical knowledge and lived experience with a deep commitment to women’s wellness and restorative care. I create a space where women can pause, soften, and reset — blending therapeutic massage with a subtle energetic awareness I call “the healing frequency.”I bring a grounded, intuitive approach to my practice — supporting women through every phase of life with calm, clinical expertise.

Through my practice, The Healing Frequency – Massage Therapy, I offer personalized Massage Therapy sessions for Women’s Wellness to help:-
